Some cuts of meat have atlernative methods of being prepared. eg Rump can be prepared as either 'sliced' or 'whole'. Please indicate how many of each are required.
eg: If ordering only 1 Hindquarter then only 1 option can be chosen eg 1 sliced' and 0 'whole' - or - 0 'sliced' and 1 'whole'.
eg: If ordering 2 or more Hindquarters then you can mix and match the methods of preparation.
The total number or preparations for each cut of meat must equal the number of associated hindquaters or forequaters being ordered
